You: Griffi, I’m with Müller. New job: tile the guest bathroom, starting next week.

Griffi: Understood. Do you have measurements for the quote draft?

You: It’s 3.20 by 2.10 metres. I’ll send the photos in a minute.

Griffi: Done. The measurements are in the quote draft, ready for your review.

Tarik Ermis, founder of Griffi

“I wanted to make my mum’s days in the office easier.”

She has worked in the office of a trade business for 30 years. After ten years in software development, I built Griffi so that she and everyone who holds the business together in the background finally get help with the paperwork.

Your evenings back.

Office work used to mean calls on site, receipts on the kitchen table and emails late into the night. Now Griffi answers the phone and sorts through what comes in. You just give the go-ahead and get back to the people you care about sooner.

A tradesperson’s office then: a phone showing missed calls, a full inbox, stacks of folders and loose receipts on the desk.
Then
The same office now: calls dealt with, a tidy desk and everything in order.
Now

One call. One organised job.

How Griffi helps during a real working day.

  1. 09:12 · On site

    Your customer calls.

Griffi answers and asks for their name, request and callback preference. You keep working.

  2. Straight afterwards

    The details are recorded.

Contact details and the conversation belong to one case. No scraps of paper or lost numbers.

  3. 12:30 · A quick look

    You decide.

Call back, agree an appointment or prepare a quote. The next step is clear.

Real pilot case · 4 September 2026 · Schreinerei Schröder

An urgent call reached the business.

A break-in. A door no longer closes. Griffi captures the emergency. Contact with Schreinerei Schröder is established. According to the business, the door was replaced that same day.

“By my rough calculation, one emergency call-out fee brings in more than Griffi costs us.”

Michael Schröder · Schreinerei Schröder, Kaiserslautern

Paraphrased and translated from German. The owner’s economic estimate, not measured revenue. n3tz supported the handover during the pilot.
